The Kitchen has a superb Palma location, in the emblematic former Can Frasquet premises in the shadow of Sant Nicolau church.
For both lunch and dinner it offers a simple, hearty à la carte menu of ‘Mediter-Asian’ dishes, that includes dishes for vegetarians and vegans and are perfect for friends and family to share.
At lunchtime on weekdays, there’s also a three-course set lunch menu which is an incredible quality / value for money considering the level of sophistication of each of the 3 courses particularly the dessert.
The diverse menu, created with high quality, fresh and local ingredients, ranges from amazing sushi, homemade pasta, healthy salads to good meat and fish dishes. The culinary concept is designed for you to feel like you are at your home away from home, with food that comforts and nourishes you.
The modernized The Kitchen premises retain a few original architectural touches from the days when popular confectionery shop Can Frasquet was located here.
The upper floor houses a raw bar which serve seafood and oysters.
Simon Petutschnig, who previously worked at St. Francesc Hotel Singular’s restaurant Quadrat in Palma, and trained in several Michelin-starred restaurants, is the Group Chef.
The Kitchen is open from Monday to Saturday for lunch and dinner.
