A must-go restaurant in Port d’Andratx, Trespais is consistently busy and deservedly so. The multi-cultural team (chef Domenico Curcio is Italian-German, while front-of house manager Jenny Terlers is Austrian) rely on an honest combination of elements to ensure they get it right, every time.
First, there is the food, which is great quality Mediterranean with Asian influences (there are also some typical German dishes available). Portion sizes are generous, and presentation outstanding. Families with children are made very welcome.
Then, the service and attitude of the carefully-selected staff, who are professional, attentive and warm. The setting is also lovely, with a pleasant ambiently-lit courtyard garden for dining in warm weather, and a tasteful, honey-stone interior.
Sample menu dishes
The menu at Trespais changes every two-to-three months. Choices include wonderful meat cuts, such as succulent fillet steaks; inventive fresh seafood recipes such as ‘Catch of the day’ fish dishes, scallop and prawn pasta, and baby calamari; and fine desserts.
You’ll also find an extensive wine list and drinks menu with popular beers, spirits and soft drinks, plus a great choice of champagnes available by the bottle or glass.
Open for dinner only, Monday to Sunday, 18:00 – 23:00 h
