Simon loves experimenting with new flavour combinations, using the highest-quality fresh ingredients to create innovative great-value dishes. This summer has seen an increase in even healthier plates, perfect for stimulating appetites suppressed by the hot weather. The Kitchen is already a popular go-to place for vegetarians, who appreciate the choice of suitable dishes; they will surely enjoy the recent new additions from Simon’s vegetarian culinary repertoire.
Responding to numerous requests, the chef has also developed a separate vegan menu, in collaboration with organic-local-produce and vegan-cuisine expert Bárbara Martí from Ecocirer. If you think vegan food is bland, The Kitchen will change your perceptions.
