The fine-dining VORO restaurant at Park Hyatt Mallorca was recently awarded with a Michelin-star, all credit to the incredible work by talented chef Álvaro Salazar. “Brave” “daring” and “provocative” are just some of the words chosen to describe Álvaro’s dishes which carry a strong Mediterranean base and are all infused with a special twist.
In light of Álvaro’s recognition, there is no better time to visit VORO and experience their culinary achievement. And even more so during the Christmas period when VORO will be serving-up an incredible New Year’s Eve menu. Guests will arrive at the Park Ballroom for 8:30pm where a selection of delicious aperitifs will be served and a welcome cocktail. The menu is a reflection of Álvaro’s high-level skill, with a trio of duck as a starter, followed by a seafood salad and lobster stew. Glazed lamb will be set to follow as well as torrija with creamy butter – all topped off with a serving of petit fours.
