VORO is the fine dining restaurant at Park Hyatt Mallorca which offers two tasting menus of daring, provocative and creative cuisine by Michelin-starred chef Álvaro Salazar. The restaurant has 36-covers and therefore offers an intimate dining experience for all diners and the knowledgable team of restaurant manager, two maîtres, two waiters, and an expert sommelier make this a particularly special evening.
VORO serves Mediterranean food presented in unique and interesting ways and plays with the concept of flavours, textures and presentation.
The simple, elegant, and dimly lit interior provides the perfect canvas for the dishes of the tasting menus to stand out and be admired before the first bite.
With two tasting menus on offer, both with wine pairing provided by the talented and knowledgeable sommelier, eating here is an experience that challenges, enthuses and surprises each and every diner.
Michelin-starred chef Álvaro Salazar gained this coveted accolade within one year of taking the reins at the Argos restaurant and with his passion for his craft it is highly-likely that another star will follow for VORO. The eleven and fifteen course tasting menus are made up of quirky, delicious and unusual plates such as a sigh of duck and corn which is served in the shape of a duck or the frozen sobrasada with crispy pig’s feet and carob cookie. The wine pairing enhances each and every mouthful with a wine list of 200 local and international references.
VORO offers something unique to the gastronomic scene in Mallorca by providing an intriguing selection of surprising yet delicious dishes that are inspired by Mediterranean cuisine and the environment around us.
