Founder of Rossini Caviar Jacob Marsing-Rossini presented Danish delicacies for guests to savour, while ex-Noma sous chef Torsten Vilgaard of one star Michelin restaurant STUD!O in Copenhagen impressed with a host of specially-created gourmet dishes.
